The Enderle & Moll rosé is not just a summer drink. It is a serious Pinot Noir rosé that strikes a balance between freshness and depth, demonstrating just how versatile this grape variety is when produced with care and minimal intervention.
Produced without fining or filtration, the wine matures in a way that preserves its complexity. In the glass, the rosé is pale pink with a bright sheen. The nose is distinctly floral yet also herbaceous, with notes of mixed berry fruit, a hint of cherry and stone fruit, and some earthy, yeasty notes. On the palate, the fruit is still somewhat youthful but already well-polished, with fresh mint and cherries, fine acidity, grip and a lingering finish. Smoky notes, a hint of tobacco and pepper, bright minerality and a subtle caramel note lend it extra depth and distinction.
Pairs beautifully with light fish dishes, summer salads, grilled poultry or fresh cheeses. Serve chilled at 8–10°C.
