The Sekt Cuvée Blanc is Enderle & Moll’s sparkling wine and, at the same time, one of their most exceptional: a Sekt produced using the traditional method, with a long maturation on the lees in the bottle lasting no less than 30 months, followed by a further 12 months in the foudre. In total, this wine spent 3.5 years on the lees before being disgorged in March 2026.
The grapes were pressed immediately, fermented spontaneously and produced without any additives. Only a small amount of sulphur was added just before bottling. Dosage 5 g/l. In the glass, the Cuvée Blanc is clear and finely sparkling, with a lively, delicate mousse. The nose combines green herbs and fresh citrus, particularly lime, with a distinct yet balanced yeasty character resulting from the long ageing. Fruity, playful and straightforward, yet with a serious depth that you only discover after a few sips. The acidity is precise and slender, the mousse lively and fine. Light, clear and focused, with a natural freshness that makes it inviting.
The perfect aperitif for a summer’s evening, but also excellent with oysters, ceviche, light fish or fresh goat’s cheese. Serve well chilled at 6–8°C.
