Enderle & Moll’s Rosé-Sekt is the sparkling counterpart to the Spätburgunder Rosé: made from the same grape, but using the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle. The result is an elegant, complex Rosé Sekt that fully reflects the typical freshness and character of this estate’s Pinot Noir.
In the glass, the Rosé Sekt is a delicate pinkish colour with a fine, persistent mousse. The aroma is intriguing and layered: small dark berries, cherry and almond in the foreground, complemented by mint, eucalyptus and herbaceous notes that characterise the freshness of the Baden Pinot Noir. The mousse is exceptionally fine and the bubbles are small and persistent. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant, with acidity that lends precision, and a long finish that retains floral and herbaceous notes.
Ideal as an aperitif or with light starters, oysters, fresh salmon or strawberries and cream. Serve chilled at 6–8°C.
