The Spätburgunder Blanc de Noir is a unique white wine made from red Pinot Noir grapes, without skin contact. The result is an elegant, fresh white wine that combines the best of both worlds: the freshness and delicate structure of a white wine with the subtle depth that Pinot Noir brings to everything.
Vinified in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. In the glass, the wine is pale yellow with a hint of pink. The aroma is delicate and elegant: subtle notes of red berries, citrus and a hint of florality. On the palate, it is fresh and refined, with lively acidity and a fine, juicy texture.
An elegant wine that really comes into its own as a stylish aperitif or with delicate dishes. It pairs beautifully with light fish dishes and seafood, as well as poached poultry or a light carpaccio. Anyone wishing to serve it with a fish tasting or a lovely starter will be pleasantly surprised by its versatility. Serve chilled at 9–11°C.
