This Langhe DOC Nebbiolo is a pure expression of the king among Piedmontese grape varieties. Made from 100% nebbiolo and partially aged for 8 months in barrique, this wine combines power with elegance and preserves its characteristic freshness and structure.
In the glass, it presents itself with a ruby red colour. The bouquet is intense and fruity, with clear notes of plum and violets. On the palate, the wine is firm and well-balanced, with a fine tannic structure that provides a pleasant grip and a long, layered finish.
This Nebbiolo is an excellent companion to classic dishes such as osso buco, braised beef, truffle risotto or grilled mushrooms. It also comes into its own beautifully with mature cheeses. Serve at 16-18 °C to fully reveal its complexity. A wine with depth and finesse, perfect for those who love authentic Piedmont.
