2x Grechetto IGT Umbria BIO — White · 13.5% · €16 per bottle
The ideal introduction to Torre Bisenzio. The Grechetto is a dry, characterful white wine made from 100% Grechetto, a grape with a thick skin that gives the wine its characteristic richness. Fresh, mineral and full-bodied, with notes of citrus, melon and a slight bitterness in the finish that is typical of this rare variety. Delicious with seafood, grilled fish, white meat or simply as an aperitif on the terrace.
2x Il Pugnalone Rosso Umbria IGT BIO — Red · 13.5% · €16 per bottle
The entry-level red from Torre Bisenzio, and one that immediately shows how approachable good organic wine can be. A blend of Sangiovese (70%) with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, combining Italian fruitiness with a beautiful soft structure. Notes of violet, blackberry and cherry, with a round, pleasant finish. Wonderful with pasta, grilled red meat or a cheese board.
1x Sangiovese IGT Umbria BIO — Red · 14% · €20 per bottle
A step deeper into the Umbrian terroir. The Sangiovese from Torre Bisenzio is elegant and earthy in character, with notes of plum, violet and cinnamon after ageing in oak barrels. Dry, well-structured and with a long, warm finish that showcases the strength of the organic vines on this unique fossil seabed terroir. Perfect with braised meat, game or aged cheeses.
1x Ambris IGT Umbria — White · 13.5% · €25 per bottle
The surprising wildcard of the package. The Ambris is a complex Sauvignon Blanc that ages partly in amphora with six months of skin contact, partly in stainless steel and partly in barriques. The result is a white wine with the depth of a red: notes of honey, mint, citrus and hazelnut, with texture, concentration and freshness. Not what you expect from a Sauvignon Blanc, but exactly what you want to discover.
