In the heart of Sava, in the middle of the prestigious Primitivo di Manduria PDO area, Cantine Harmonia was born in late 2024. The idea came from Fabio De Fazio, entrepreneur in the world of musical instruments, and Luca Lazzàro, agricultural expert and for many years regional president of Confagricoltura Puglia. Together, they decided to continue the work of Beat Fahrni, a Swiss man who once settled among the vineyards out of pure love for Puglia and its golden light. They wanted to revive what he started: seven hectares of vineyard in one of the best locations for Primitivo, where the wind has free rein and the sun brings the fruit to full maturity.
