These rocky deposits, formed by retreating glaciers, enrich the soil and give the wine its distinctive minerality and alpine freshness. After careful clarification, the juice undergoes a long, cool fermentation at 15-17 °C to preserve primary aromas while building up roundness. The wine then matures on fine lie, with malolactic fermentation adding softness and volume. This combination of precision and calm in the cellar gives the wine its balance of fresh tension and a subtle, creamy texture.
