Sancerre Nicolas Millet
Sancerre (Bué), Loire
In the small village of Bué, in the southern part of the Sancerre appellation, lies Domaine des Côtes Blanches, a wine estate whose history goes back centuries. The domain's roots go back as far as the 18th century, when the Millet family cultivated a small plot of land here with vineyards, orchards and farmland. Over the generations, the domain grew slowly, but always with the same dedication to the land. Today Nicolas Millet, the ninth generation winemaker, is at the helm. After studying in Beaune, he returned to his family land to continue the heritage while bringing a new vision to the wines of Sancerre.
