    Weingut Schwaiger is a small but refined family-run winery situated in the beautiful Wachau, one of Austria’s most iconic wine regions and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wine has been produced in the picturesque village of Wötzendorf since 1864, and the vineyards, covering 8 hectares, are now managed by the fifth generation of the family. Today, it is Alfred and Petra Schwaiger who run the family estate with heart and soul, as members of Vinea Wachau, an organisation dedicated to the natural production of regional wines under strict self-regulation. The winery is also ranked among Austria’s “Top Heuriger”.

    What about the shipping costs?

    Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery.
    All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.

    To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.

    The following shipping costs apply:

    • 6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
    • 12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs

    You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
