Rosso dei Sesi is a natural red wine made from 100% Perricone (also known as Pignatello), grown on 30-year-old vines rooted in Pantelleria’s volcanic soils. Produced biodynamically without chemicals or additives, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation for 15 days and ages for 18 months in steel – with no added sulfites.
The wine shows a deep ruby hue and offers aromas of wild berries, black cherry, plum, and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it’s juicy, medium-bodied, and well-structured, with a vibrant freshness and a gentle spicy finish supported by soft tannins.
Ideal with stews, grilled meats, hearty pastas, or even rich fish-based soups for the adventurous. Serve at 17 °C to enjoy its natural charm and Sicilian character.
