Mezzanota Negroamaro IGP is a characterful red wine that expresses the typical warmth and spiciness of Puglia. Made from 100% Negroamaro, this wine shows the authentic expression of one of southern Italy's most iconic grape varieties.
The grapes are gently pressed with a high-quality vacuum press to preserve their aromatic finesse. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C with selected yeasts, maximising the grape's character. Maturation takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks, ensuring a clean, fruit-driven style without overpowering wood influences.
In the glass, Mezzanota Negroamaro shows itself full and expressive. The style is powerful but accessible, with a nice balance of ripe fruit, soft structure and Mediterranean warmth. A versatile wine that is excellent with grilled or roasted red meat, game dishes, mature cheeses and pasta with rich meat sauces.
