Corvée 'Rosbatù' Rosato Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is an elegant, subtle rosé made from Pinot Nero, Lagrein, and Schiava grapes. The name is a playful contraction of "rosa" and the local dialect word "sbatù," which stands for a pale color. Alfio Nicolodi 'Trentatrè' Bianco IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti is an expressive, fresh white wine. It is a blend of 50% Moscato Giallo, 30% Nosiola, and 20% Lagarino grapes. This unique cuvée unites the three indigenous grape varieties of Trentino. Each variety is vinified separately in small 20 kg boxes, with skin maceration at low temperature and gentle pressing. The final blending only takes place in November, after careful aging of the individual wines. The name ‘Trentatrè’ (thirty-three) playfully refers to the blending of three historic grape varieties from three different villages. This aromatic and fresh white wine is ideal as an aperitif, but also comes into its own with antipasti, goat cheese, and light dishes with vegetables or fish.
