Product description
The 'Trentatrè' Bianco is a unique cuvée that unites three grape varieties indigenous to Trentino: Moscato Giallo (50%), Nosiola (30%) and Lagarino (20%). The grapes come from old vines, the oldest of which (Lagarino) were planted as early as 1975. Each variety is vinified separately in small 20kg boxes, with skin soaking at low temperature and gentle pressing. The final assemblage is done only in November, after careful ageing of the individual wines.
After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine rests for six months in tank and then two months in bottle. The result is a pale yellow wine with delicate aromas of apple, flowers and field herbs. The palate is fresh, with a good structure and a lively, slightly acidic finish that ensures elegance and drinkability. The name 'Trentatrè' (thirty-three) playfully refers to the union of three historic grape varieties from three different villages.
This aromatic and fresh white wine is ideal as an aperitif, but also goes well with antipasti, goat cheese and light dishes with vegetables or fish. A versatile wine with character, perfect for those who want to discover the true expression of the Dolomites in the glass. Serve around 10-12 °C.
