Product description
Zanotelli's Müller Thurgau is an expressive white wine from the high-altitude vineyards of the Val di Cembra, where the grapes grow at an altitude of 500 to 850 metres. Thanks to the cool climate and strong temperature variations between day and night, the wine develops its distinctive aromatic intensity. The grapes come from selected parcels such as Saosènt, Riva, Rónch, Casgné and Valfadana, and are grown according to the traditional pergola trentina system.
In the glass, this Müller Thurgau shows straw yellow with green reflections. The aroma is fruity and pleasantly aromatic, with notes of sage, peach and yellow apple. On the palate, it is dry, fresh and juicy, with light, lively acidity that makes it exciting and drinkable. The wine is fermented and raised in stainless steel at controlled temperature, which contributes to its fresh, clean profile.
This wine is excellent as an aperitif, but also comes into its own beautifully at the table. It goes perfectly with traditional mountain dishes such as smoked fish, salads with mushrooms or fresh herbs, light fish dishes and minestrone. Serve at a temperature of 10 to 12 °C to fully experience its freshness and aroma.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
