Zanotelli's Riesling Renano is an elegant white wine from the vineyards of Saosènt in the Val di Cembra, located between 600 and 750 metres above sea level. This noble grape variety originated in the German Rhine Valley and is known as one of the most refined varieties for producing quality white wine.
The wine has a bright straw yellow colour and opens in the nose with a refined bouquet of primary aromas: fresh, fruity and subtly aromatic. On the palate, it presents itself fresh and harmonious, with a pleasant acid structure that provides liveliness without sacrificing softness. Its delicate character and elegant finish make it a particularly versatile wine.
This Riesling Renano is the perfect companion to light fish dishes, refined antipasti or soft cheeses. Thanks to its pronounced finesse and aromatic brightness, it is best enjoyed at a serving temperature of 12 to 14 °C. A wine that delicately combines tradition and mountain character.
