It is a modern interpretation of classic craftsmanship, focused on pure enjoyment.
This alcohol-free cuvée is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, from sandy and gravelly soils that provide structure and aromatic intensity. After gentle low-temperature vinification, the alcohol is carefully removed via vacuum distillation. By carrying out this process at low temperature, the characteristic aromas and profile of the grape are preserved as much as possible.
In the glass, this wine shows light, supple and approachable, with subtle fruity notes and a soft structure. The short ageing and minimal extraction create an elegant style without hard tannins. An innovative wine that shows that Cabernet Sauvignon can retain its character even without alcohol.
