Product description
The Riesling Sekt trocken is the dry counterpart to the Brut in Weingut Keber Kolling’s range of sparkling wines. Produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method from organic Riesling grapes grown at Sommerloch, it brings all the mineral and fruity qualities of Nahe Riesling to life in a sparkling, dry style.
In the glass, it is clear with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is fresh and aromatic: typical Riesling aromas of citrus, yellow apple and a hint of minerality. On the palate, it is dry but without any harshness, with lively acidity and a harmonious mouthfeel. The traditional bottle fermentation gives it depth, whilst the Riesling’s minerality gives it its character.
A versatile sparkling wine that pairs with more dishes than you might think. As an aperitif with light snacks, sushi or seafood, it is a stylish choice. But it also pairs excellently with an Asian meal or a classic fish dinner. Anyone looking for an alternative to Champagne will find here an authentic and flavourful alternative from the Nahe region. Serve well chilled at 7–9°C.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
