Les Bons Moments Rouge is a characterful red wine from the Béarn region, located between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic Ocean. The grape varieties Tannat, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon are planted on the hills here and carefully harvested by hand. After destemming, the grapes undergo a short maceration of a few days, followed by fermentation and maturation of 10 to 12 months, which gives the wine its balance and structure.
In the glass, the wine shines with a bright cherry red colour with silver reflections. The bouquet is aromatic and intense, with notes of red fruit and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it shows itself supple and smooth, with well-integrated tannins that provide pleasant balance and an elegant finish.
This Béarn Rouge is versatile at the table. It goes well with tapas and charcuterie, but also with a juicy burger, duck or confit de canard. With its fresh yet firm character, it is a wine that can be enjoyed for the next five years.
