Les Bons Moments is a vibrant sweet Jurançon originating from south to south-east facing vineyards over 300 metres above sea level. This location and unique microclimate give the grapes, 100% Gros Manseng, their distinctive freshness and refinement. The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-October and vinified using traditional methods under temperature control, ensuring the wine's elegance and balance.
In the glass, Les Bons Moments sparkles with a brilliant golden yellow colour. The nose is delicate and inviting, with fresh and subtle aromas that give the wine a charming and elegant appearance. On the palate, it shows a lively attack, followed by nice width and a harmonious, refreshing finish that lingers for a long time.
Great to drink young, this Jurançon Doux is excellent as an aperitif with toast with foie gras or smoked salmon. It also pairs surprisingly well with white meat and porcini, or with a varied cheese board.
