Les Bons Moments Jurançon Sec is a fresh and lively white wine made from 100% Gros Manseng grown in the higher vineyards of the Jurançon region, up to 300 metres above sea level. The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September and fermented under controlled temperature, allowing the wine to retain its pure, fruity character and lively freshness.
In the glass, the wine shines pale yellow with silver reflections. The nose is intense and inviting, with fresh aromas of peach and grapefruit. On the palate, it presents itself energetic and straightforward, with mineral accents and a refined aromatic expression. This makes it not only accessible, but also elegant and full of character.
This dry Jurançon is ideal as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with sushi, risotto, fresh salads and worldly dishes. To fully experience its fresh character, it is recommended to drink this wine young.
