Les Bons Moments Rosé is a refreshing wine from the Béarn, made from the noble grape varieties Tannat and Cabernet Franc. The grapes are hand-picked from vineyards on the plains and hills of this historic appellation. After destemming, the grapes are gently pressed to preserve their delicate, light colour and fresh aromas. Low-temperature fermentation and aging on fine groins for three months add vibrancy and finesse.
In the glass, this rosé shows pale pink and brilliant. The bouquet is intense and elegant, with aromas of red berries and a subtle exotic touch of pineapple and mango. On the palate, the wine is light, fresh and crisp, with a lively character that invites you to make every moment a summer one.
Best enjoyed as an aperitif, this Béarn Rosé is also an excellent companion to barbecues, paella, seafood and light starters. Drunk young and well-chilled, it shows its most refreshing side.
