The 2023 Muskateller trocken from Wein & Sektgut Hirschmüller comes from airy, high-altitude vineyards above the Neckar, where the grapes on loess loam and Muschel limestone develop a striking freshness and aromatic brightness. The grapes are selected entirely by hand and gently pressed, after which the must is fermented chilled in stainless steel. The wine remains on fine lie until bottling, contributing to its elegant structure and subtle depth.
On the nose, this Muskateller displays a delicate and inviting perfume of elderflower, melon, grapefruit and fresh meadow herbs. This aromatic precision is characteristic of Muskateller that matures slowly and evenly in an airy microclimate.
