The grapes are harvested in the early morning to preserve their aromatic freshness. After gentle pressing, the wine ferments chilled in stainless steel and rests on the fine lie until bottling. This method gives the rosé a pure, juicy structure and a refined balance between fruit and freshness.
On the nose, the Merlot Rosé presents itself inviting and expressive, with bright aromas of red berries, raspberry and rose hip.
