The 2024 Weissburgunder trocken from Wein & Sektgut Hirschmüller comes from warmly located vineyards right on the Neckar, where the grapes grow on deep loess loam and Muschel lime soils. Thanks to the early morning harvest at cool temperatures, the grapes retain their aromatic freshness and purity. After a particularly gentle pressing, the wine ferments chilled in stainless steel and matures on the fine lie until bottling. The estate's organic method enhances the brightness, tension and purity that characterise this Weissburgunder.
