Product description
The 2024 Rosé trocken from Wein & Sektgut Hirschmüller is a fresh and lively rosé made from organically grown Spätburgunder and Schwarzriesling grapes grown on loess loam and Muschel lime. The grapes are harvested at cool temperatures to preserve their aromatic clarity. After a particularly gentle pressing, the wine ferments chilled in stainless steel, after which it rests on fine lie until bottling. This approach gives the rosé its clean, elegant structure and attractive, light-footed character.
On the nose, the wine presents itself with expressive aromas of red berries, raspberry and rose hip. This fruity bouquet reflects the fresh and youthful style typical of rosé from this part of Württemberg. The aroma is inviting and bright, with a subtle spiciness that adds depth without overshadowing the fruit.
On the tongue, the 2024 Rosé opens dry, juicy and invigorating, with soft, delicate fruit expression and attractive freshness. The wine offers pure drinking pleasure and is ideal as an aperitif, but also goes well with summer salads, grilled vegetables, light pasta dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. A charming, effortlessly drinkable rosé that combines pleasure, elegance and refreshment.
