The Risaiole Bianco IGT Toscana from Fattoria Pagnana is a fresh and expressive white wine that brings together the best of Viognier and Vermentino. The grapes are harvested in the second half of September, when they are optimally ripe. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks, ensuring a pure and characterful profile.
After fermentation, the wine matures on cement for at least six months, followed by rest in bottle. This careful vinification gives the wine a lively structure, soft roundness and a seductive aroma reminiscent of white flowers, stone fruit and Mediterranean spices. Reflecting the slight saltiness and minerality of the Tuscan terroir, Risaiole combines elegance with striking freshness.
This white wine is excellent with dishes from the sea, such as grilled prawns, mussels or a linguine alle vongole. It is also a pleasant companion with creamy cheeses or light vegetable dishes. Serve at 10-12 °C to fully unleash its full aromas.
