Le Météore Rosé 2025 reflects the unique character of the estate, where vines grow on rare blue schist soils around an ancient meteorite crater. Here, the combination of Mediterranean sunshine and cool mountain air creates grapes with excitement, freshness and aromatic precision. This rosé, made from Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, impressively captures that balance between ripe fruit and mineral elegance.
After harvesting, the grapes are immediately gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve their purity. Maturation also takes place in steel, allowing the wine to retain its fresh character and refined saltiness. At 13.5% alcohol, it remains powerful but refined, with a bright structure and lively energy.
In the glass, it shows a light, sparkling rosé colour with subtle peach reflections. The nose opens with fresh red fruits and a hint of blood orange. On the palate, it is tight and invigorating, with nice tension and a slightly salty finish typical of this particular terroir. An elegant rosé that is perfect as an aperitif.
