Viv Winery's Natura Estatica is a still, contemplative wine - a reflection of nature in balance. Inspired by the purity of muscat grapes and the tranquillity of the landscape, this wine shows how elegant and refined nature wine can be. It is a wine that does not scream, but whispers - and impresses precisely because of that.
Made from 100% white Muscat, from vineyards with vines up to 55 years old, this wine grows on heavy clay soils of marine origin. Everything is done by hand and according to organic principles. A five-day maceration on the skins is followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without filtering or clarification. Minimal intervention fully preserves the expression of grape and terroir.
In the glass, the Natura Estatica shows a deep orange colour and an intense aromatic profile. Notes of chamomile, honey, freshly cut grass and ripe stone fruit such as apricot and peach flow together with subtle tropical accents. Fresh acidity and soft structure provide balance, while the long finish continues to evolve in the glass. An elegant and characterful wine that exudes tranquillity and depth.
