The Negroamaro IGP Salento is a powerful red wine made from 100% Negroamaro, one of southern Italy's most typical grape varieties. The wine comes from vineyards in the heart of Salento, where the climatic conditions and soil structure allow this robust variety to reach its full expression. The harvest takes place in the second and third weeks of September, after which vinification and ageing take place carefully in stainless steel tanks and in bottle.
In the glass, the wine shows deep red with purple reflections. The aroma is intense and persistent, with distinct notes of blackcurrant, wild berries, herbs and a hint of thyme. On the palate, this Negroamaro is full-bodied and round, with velvety tannins and a harmonious structure. The finish is long, juicy and spicy, adding to its refined character.
With an alcohol content of 13.5%, this wine is particularly suitable to serve with roasted meat, game dishes, poultry and mature cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 °C for an optimal experience. A classic table wine with power and elegance, ideal for lovers of southern depth.
