Fermentation in both wood and steel brings balance, freshness, and aromatic depth. Expect citrus, Mediterranean herbs, and a distinctive salty minerality. With only 1,000 to 2,000 bottles produced annually, it’s a true hidden gem.
- 2x 'Appianum' Rosato IGP Calabria: ‘Appianum’ Rosato IGP Calabria is an expressive and refined rosé from Calabria, crafted from local grape varieties grown on poor sandy soils. The wine strikes a balance between freshness and structure through aging in both stainless steel and wood. With delicate floral and fruity aromas, a rich yet vibrant palate, and a subtle saline note, this rosé surprises and lingers elegantly. Only 1,000 to 2,000 bottles are produced each year.
- 2x 'Appianum' Rosso IGP Calabria: ‘Appianum’ Rosso IGP Calabria is a bold and distinctive red wine from Calabria, made from native grape varieties grown on extremely poor sandy soils. Fully aged in wood, it reveals deep complexity with notes of cherries, blackcurrant, spices, dried fruits, and saline touches. This layered, intense, and contemplative wine is a true expression of terroir and tradition—crafted for those who taste with intention. Only 1,500 to 2,500 bottles are produced annually.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
