The Spumante For4Neri Brut Trento DOC is a sophisticated sparkling wine made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes, sourced from carefully selected vineyards in Caséle (Cembra). Located at 400 to 600 metres altitude, these vineyards benefit from the fresh mountain air and strong temperature differences between day and night. As a result, the grapes develop a perfect balance between sugar, acidity and aromatic richness. The wine undergoes gentle pressing and slow low-temperature fermentation, followed by at least 30 months of aging on fine yeasts - a process that ensures elegance, depth and a particularly fine mousse.
In the glass, For4Neri shines with a bright straw yellow colour and a fine, persistent sparkle. The nose is delicate but expressive, with fresh aromas of golden delicious-apple, typical of Chardonnay from the mountains. On the palate, it is dry, lively and structured, with a balanced combination of freshness and length. The lingering finish makes this spumante suitable not only as a festive aperitif, but also as an accompaniment to a full meal.
The name For4Neri reflects both the past and the future of the Zanotelli family. 'Forneri' was the nickname of this family branch, coming from the old oven (forno) they owned, while the number 4 refers to the four cousins who run the winery today. This spumante exemplifies their commitment to tradition and innovation. For4Neri is best with light starters, tempura, young cheeses and refined fish dishes. Serve at 10 °C for an optimal experience.
