The Spumante Rosé For4Neri Trento DOC is an elegant sparkling wine composed of 80% Pinot Nero and 20% Chardonnay. The grapes come from high-altitude vineyards in the Valle di Cembra, where the combination of altitude, exposure and poor, well-drained soils creates grapes with optimal ripeness and refined aromas. Thanks to the cool climate and large temperature differences between day and night, the grapes retain nice acidity and aromatic freshness, perfect for a lively rosé spumante.
In the glass, the wine shines with a bright, old-pink colour and a fine, persistent mousse. The aroma is intense and refined, with notes of small red fruits such as wild strawberry and red currants, typical of Pinot Nero. On the palate, this For4Neri Rosé is fresh and intense, with a lively structure and a long, flavourful finish that reveals subtle notes of citrus and floral accents. Aging for at least 24 months on the yeasts adds depth and elegance, without losing its playful character.
This rosé spumante is an excellent choice as an aperitif, but also goes perfectly with refined antipasti, fish dishes and light starters. Serve it at 8 °C to fully experience its aromatic finesse. Like its white counterpart, the name For4Neri refers to the four cousins of the Zanotelli family who run the winery today, respecting their heritage and looking clearly to the future.
