'En Voluet' Fleurie is a refined and elegant Cru du Beaujolais, from a one-hectare plot in the famous Fleurie appellation. This wine is made from 100% Gamay Noir à jus blanc from vines that have been deeply rooted in the terroirs of En Voluet for 45 years. The vines are grown according to the principles of integrated farming, respecting nature and biodiversity, and enjoy the Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE3) label.
The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and then 80% destemmed. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, ensuring a pure and fresh expression of the fruit. Fleurie "En Voluet" is seductive with its silky texture and lively elegance. In the glass, it presents itself with a bright ruby colour. The nose opens with delicate aromas of raspberry and wild strawberry, carried by floral notes of rose and violets. On the palate, it is crisp and fresh, with a refined bouquet that unfolds harmoniously into a juicy finish.
An authentic representative of the Beaujolais character, this wine is best enjoyed at 14-15°C. It makes an excellent pairing with a rosé roast lamb saddle, veal blanquette or soft, creamy white cheese. A wine that charms with its finesse and refined fruit expression.
