The Chénas 'Les Brureaux' from Château de Durette is a characterful Cru from the Beaujolais, from 45-year-old Gamay vines on a terroir of granitic sand. The grapes are harvested by hand and partially destemmed for careful vinification in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then raised in tanks to preserve its freshness and typicality.
