Weingut Enderle & Moll was founded in 2007 by Sven Enderle and Florian Moll in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. What began as a joint venture grew into a vineyard covering just over three hectares, with Pinot Noir as the main grape variety, complemented by Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Müller-Thurgau. In 2020, Sven Enderle left the business to pursue his own path. Florian Moll continued to run the estate, together with his partner Géraldine Bollmann, who had long since become an indispensable part of both the work in the vineyard and in the cellar.
