The For4Neri Nature Trento DOC is the purest and tightest example of Zanotelli's craftsmanship in sparkling wine. This spumante is made from 100% Chardonnay, sourced from the high altitude vineyards of Caséle in the Valle di Cembra. Thanks to the alpine terroir, with its wide temperature variations and calcareous soils, the grapes retain their elegant acidity, ripeness and aromatic finesse. The wine undergoes a slow second fermentation and matures for no less than 36 months on the yeasts, with no sugar added at dégorgement.
The result is a sparkling pale yellow wine with a lively mousse. In the nose, we recognise delicate aromas of apple, white flowers and a hint of citrus. The palate is distinctly dry, with a flawless minerality, a fresh structure and an elegant, long finish. The character is tight and complex, with a precise balance between freshness and depth, typical of a 'nature' style without dosage.
This For4Neri Nature is ideally suited as a festive aperitif, but also a gastronomic all-rounder. It goes perfectly with refined fish-based dishes, seafood, and light starters. Serve it at 10 °C to fully enjoy its freshness and finesse. As with all wines in the For4Neri series, this bottle symbolises the four young cousins of the Zanotelli family, who continue the family business with respect for tradition as well as an eye to the future.
